You are not authorized to use our ressources. This can be for several reasons:
- You are in a country to which we do not export (because of export restrictions or political / human rights reasons)
- SSL might be required to access this ressource
- You are in a country where international copyright rights are not acknowleged (see WIPO)
- Your organisation has been banned. There can be various reasons (mainly if your organisation has enfridged our agreements (running a robot?) or supported someone who did (not providing identification data) or abused our systems)
In the latter case you should contact your system administrator or internet provider and ask him to contact us.
